Austan Group is an international recruitment company with its head office in Canada, placing workers with employers across several countries. This is a recorded interview — there is no live call and no appointment to book. Answer each question on camera whenever you are ready, and our team will inform every candidate within two days.

Before you begin

Six minutes of preparation saves a wasted application.

1Use Chrome, Edge or Safari on a laptop or smartphone. Camera and microphone access is required.
2Sit facing a window or a lamp. The light should fall on your face, not behind you.
3Choose a quiet room. Headphones with a microphone give the clearest audio.
4Each video question gives you 30 seconds to prepare, then up to 3 minutes to answer. Two takes are allowed.
5Answer in English wherever you can. Speak clearly and look at the camera, not at your own picture.
6Have your CV ready — a PDF, a Word file or a clear photo. It is the first thing you will be asked for.
7Every question is compulsory, and answers are only saved when you submit. Do not close this tab once you begin.

There is no recruitment fee: Austan Group does not charge candidates to be recruited — not for an interview, not for a job offer, not for a placement, and not to be put on a shortlist. We are paid by the employer.
We handle your documentation ourselves: You will not be sent from office to office. Our team prepares and submits your paperwork, and the government fees are paid by us as the employer, so that nothing is delayed or filed incorrectly.
You pay only the legal and documentation charges: The one payment you make is to Austan Group, covering the legal and documentation costs of your case. The amount depends on the country you are going to and is published on www.austangroup.com. Anything asked of you beyond that is not ours — check the website and tell us before you pay.
